Cleaning
Use only a microfiber or cotton cloth dampened with water or special neutral products. Do not use abrasive cloths or aggressive solvents. A kitchen maintenance kit is supplied for the care of your kitchen, including a product in a bottle for restoring the protective film to apply with a cloth, and a product for routine cleaning. We recommend performing the treatment only when it loses its water repellent property.

Natural stainless steel 304
Finishing realized internally by Officine Fanesi. It consists of a sheet of 304 scotch brite stainless steel, treated with a product that create a protective film.

Finishing realized internally by Officine Fanesi. It consists of a sheet of 316 scotch brite stainless steel, treated with a product that constitutes a protective film.

Hand brushed stainless steel 304
Finishing realized internally by Officine Fanesi. It consists of a sheet of stainless steel 304, scotch brite satin by hand. On the surface a “wave” pattern is created and is treated with a product that constitutes a protective film. Differences from the sample on view are not to be considered a defect as the entire process is done manually.

Hand brushed stainless steel 316
Finishing realized internally by Officine Fanesi. It consists of a sheet of stainless steel 316, scotch brite satin by hand. Stainless steel vintage 304
Handcrafted finish made internally by Officine Fanesi. It consists in the aging of stainless steel 304, through chemical agents (spotted effect) and subsequently painted with opaque transparent. Differences from the sample on view are not to be considered a defect as the entire process is performed manually and the products at the time of use are sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity.

Delabrè stainless steel 304
Handcrafted finish made internally by Officine Fanesi. It consists of a sheet of 304 2B stainless steel, satin-finished by hand with a vibrating backing pad, to obtain a process that gives a “Aged” effect and is treated with a product that constitutes a protective film. Differences from the sample on view are not to be considered a defect as the entire process is done manually.

Delabrè stainless steel 316
